Many of our deepest wounds are formed in relationships
So healing arises there too — in the presence of another, and in the experience of being truly met.
This is relational work.
Human to human.

My Approach to Therapy
In my practice, I pay close attention to what wants to emerge in each moment, often by slowing things down and listening to what’s present in both story and the emotional landscape.
I work with patterns, the messages your body sends, and even your dreams as sources of guidance, alongside the different parts of you that show up — especially those that have learned to stay quiet or hold it all together.
Often, the patterns that once protected us
shape how we move through the world and how we relate to others.
Over time, they can close us off from the very things we long for.
But when these inner parts are met with care and curiosity, something begins to shift. The grip softens. Internal Space opens up.
From there, new experiences of yourself become possible —with more freedom, more clarity, and a deeper sense of choice in how you meet your life.
Areas I commonly support people with:
Anxiety, overwhelm, and nervous system burn-out
Relationship and attachment difficulties
Life transitions, or periods of feeling stuck and uncertain
Challenges around identity, belonging, and self-worth
Emotional patterns that feel hard to shift
Feeling creatively blocked or disconnected from joy and pleasure
Grief, sadness, and loss
Clients commonly leave sessions feeling:
Clearer
Lighter
Seen
Heard
Grounded
Confident in their next steps

I bring compassion and curiosity into the session, along with a belief that even serious inner work doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
Often, a shared moment of humour and recognition is what gently shifts things forward.

I came to this work
through my own need to make sense of inner tension and confusion — through grief, uncertainty, and the experience of finally being met in a steady space.
That's the kind of space I aim to create for you.
